Who we are

Our site is Letsplaza, available at https://letsplaza.com. Letsplaza is an event-management platform designed and maintained by Deveyes Group, a software house based in Milan, Italy.

Contact form

The site exposes a single contact form, reachable from the Contact page. The personal data we collect is strictly limited to what we need to handle your request: full name, email address, optional company name, optional phone number, the area of interest you selected (Dedicated page, White Label or Other) and the message you write.

This data is sent by email to info@deveyesgroup.com through the transactional service SendGrid (Twilio Inc.), which we use as our email provider. The transmission happens solely so that we can get back to you. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give when submitting the form, plus the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you.

Anti-spam protection

To prevent automated abuse the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. that performs passive browser checks without profiling the user or collecting tracking data. For more information about Cloudflare’s processing please see its privacy policy.

Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies that are necessary for the website to work (session, chosen language, optional accessibility preferences) and does not set first- or third-party profiling cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a session technical cookie strictly necessary for the CAPTCHA to function while you submit the form.

Who we share your data with

Data collected through the contact form is forwarded only to our internal recipient (info@deveyesgroup.com) and travels through the email provider mentioned above (SendGrid / Twilio Inc.) acting as an external data processor. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we retain your data

Emails received via the contact form are kept in the company mailbox for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, and in any case no longer than the periods set by applicable tax and civil law. You can ask for deletion at any time.

What rights you have over your data

You can exercise the rights granted by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise these rights please write to info@deveyesgroup.com.
