Information on processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003

The Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003, called "Code concerning the protection of personal data" (from now on Privacy Code), provides a system of guarantees for the protection of the processing carried out on personal data. In particular, art. 13 of the said Decree, states that at the time of collection of personal data be provided a range of information about the purposes and methods of their treatment. Deveyes Group S.r.l. (from now on Deveyes) respects the privacy of all individuals who navigate on letsplaza.com.
Said that, we want to inform and communicate the following.


1. NATURE OF DATA

This information concerns the processing of personal data, meaning those personal data common and/or identity of the visitor browser (such as: personal data, Social Security Number (SSN), residence or domicile, telephone number, email address).
As long as you browse our website, we do not collect any personal information about you (eg your name, phone number, etc.).
Deveyes can collect, for statistical or administrative purposes or backup, some anonymous and no personal information eg. the version of the browser used by the User (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.), the type of device and operating system (Windows, Mac OS, etc.), the IP address of the computer used. Deveyes may use cookies, designed to store information identifying the user while browsing the site, in order not to enter them manually for each new page. It can, however, prevent the use of cookies by changing your browser options on the Internet.
In any case, no personal data will be used except with express permission.


2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND PROVISION OF DATA

Deveyes will treat the data collected from the sign up, management as well as service delivery and fulfillment of obligations under applicable laws or regulations and provisions issued by authorities entitled by law and by Supervisory and Control.
Deveyes, also, with necessary and explicit consent, may use the personal information provided by users to:
a) sending advertising/promotional material, with the delivery of information, offers, promotional messages about products and services of interest to both by Deveyes (newsletter service) and by some partner companies; sending questionnaires on satisfaction with the services and/or products Deveyes by the visitor browser.
b) the use of data services and/or products Deveyes from visitors navigators for the development of statistics as well as field studies by third parties. In this case the data will be transferred to third parties in an anonymous and aggregated way.

3. HOW THE DATA ARE TREATED

The processing of personal data will be in compliance with the limits and conditions imposed by the Privacy Code. It is carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and in compliance with the minimum security measures dictated by the Privacy Code. It is performed by the Data Controller and its leaders as well as companies collaborators Deveyes prepared for them. For this purpose, the data may also be communicated to interior/exterior employees of the Company for the functions strictly connected and operation.


4. OWNER OF DATA PROCESSING

The owner and manager of the treatment is the company Deveyes Group S.r.l., with registered office in Via Pietrasanta 12 - 20141 MILAN.


5. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED

Interested parties have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction Article. 7 of the Privacy Code (of which presents below the full text). ARTICLE 7. PRIVACY CODE

c. the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;

e. the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3) You have the right to:
a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b. delete, anonymization or blocking unlawfully processed data, including data that need not to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the protected right.

4) You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b. to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
